They are prompt and polite.

My husband lost his job and we were struggling really bad and every time I called they were always very understanding and very nice and we worked through some difficult times and they really helped and made a bad situation a lot better because they worked with us on getting our Pmts in and because of the courteous way they treated us during that time they will have my business for as long as I live in an area they service for sure.

These guys are great. At times I forget to bring up my canaster and they have walked down my drive way and gotten it. Great company and nice people.

Pretty crummy service. Expensive @ $23 a month. Weird billing format (pay every two months). No online payment options. Business NEVER answers the phone or calls you back. You have to get lucky to reach them. Wont take cardboard, unless its broken down (why pay someone for the work you do yourself?). Leave a mess on the street. Come at wierd hours (3:00 am Monday mornings.) They dont announce when they will miss a collection due to a holiday.

All in all, a pretty bad company.

Very poor customer service. they don't seem interested that people sometimes make mistakes. They will actually get bitchy on the phone if you ask for help.
