Roger E. Brodman has rejoined Holden Willits PLC after serving as a Maricopa County Superior Court Judge for 14 years. Mr. Brodman co-founded the firm as Holden Brodman PLC in 2001, leaving in 2007 when he was appointed to the bench. Mr. Brodman was one of Maricopa County’s original Commercial Court judges, and has extensive experience in business disputes, construction and other commercial litigation. Mr. Brodman is of counsel to the firm, and focuses his practice on arbitration and special master matters in commercial and construction disputes.

Settled dispute in arbitration over the dissolution of five limited liability companies that owned real property assets collectively valued at several million dollars.
Construction Contracts
