I have been patient for more than seven years here. My Dr. Gorky Herrera and excellent provider recently left the practice. His replacement was Lynnette M. Hjalmervik DNP. I am disabled. I recently needed disability paperwork done. This provider and several others treated me as if I was unknown to the providers there. They reluctantly and half heartedly provided me with minimal help with disability paperwork. It took eight days and three visits to get one simple form completed. If you are disabled and need disability paperwork done. Think twice about Valle Del Sol Maryvale location.
