I wish I could give a better review. The company (well at least two of the staff members) are well aware of my displeasure with their service. Runyon was sent to us through our warranty company came out on a Thursday, said they would report back to the warranty company. I didn't hear anything from them until right before 5:00 on Monday to tell me the guy forgot to get my serial number and model number. It takes 3 days to figure out you don't have the part numbers?? I called back on Tuesday and gave them the information and expressed my frustration that of why it was taking so long to find out they haven't even reported anything to the warranty company either about the problem. I spoke to a girl in the office in the morning & expressed my frustration she told me they would order the part and get back with me. By 3:30 I had not heard anything...so I spoke to Alan down there and he said "Let me look into what the status is and I'll call you back in a few minutes. A full hour goes by with no word from them. So I call back, Alan assures me he is working on finding the part. So my question to him was "Why was this not worked on this morning?" Taking 3 days just to call me and tell me you haven't done a darn thing and then nothing was done during the day to try and find my part? He assured me the part would be ordered and he would call me back before 5. I did call the warranty company and let them know I was dissatisfied so they called them and Alan did call me back at 5 to let me know the part was ordered and would be there Wednesday (the next day) around noon and that they could possibly fit me in the schedule for Thursday or they could do Friday. I told him the sooner the better. He said they would call when the part came in and let me know when they could put me on the schedule. No call back Wednesday, today is Thursday...finally around 1:30 I called them and they informed me that I was "still" on the schedule for Friday. Gee thanks for letting me know. I expressed frustration to the same girl I spoke to on Tuesday. Nice and saying "I'm sorry" can only get you so far. We are now a week after they came to look at the dishwasher. All I need is new wheels for the bottom rack. I would never use this company again and hope they are able to get their communication in their office worked out. Extremely unsatisfied....

Terrible cutomer service. Went...

Terrible cutomer service. Went through my Home Warranty company for a repair, and they sent it to Runyon's. Runyo's called the same day and set for repair the next. I had requested after 3pm, and Runyon's revceived the after 3pm request. When I got a call the next morning from the tech, he advised he would be there between 10-12pm. I called back and the lady who answered seemed as though "Oh Well" wew do not go by what the customer asks, but when the tech is in the area. I asked for the Manager and left a message. Called back an hour later, placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called back, and placed on hold for 5 minutes. Man who claimed to be a supervisor sd was sorry for hold, but he stated same as previous girl. Asked for the Manager as received a call from Nick. Sdaid will give message. No call from Nick to date. Also, remembered Runyon's from previous Lowe's warranty request. They were the same way back then. Would not have them repai anything for me, and have so advised the Warranty company.

Do not use them...TERRIBLE service! We rented a house and there were some issues that needed fixing. They ordered the wrong part, sent it out and then after almost a month, I still can not get anyone to call me back. Each time I call I am told the supervisor is on the phone and will call me back. Of couse, they never do. Terrible, terrible NO Customer service. And please..owner...don't bother to make excuses like you have with your other reviews. As a business owner if I conducted business like you have, I would not be in business. A simple return phone call goes a long way!

Horrible customer service even from the owner! False promises and they never show up. They will leave you on hold forever and make up excuse after excuse. Do NOT use this company!!!!!

To long......

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They came to fix my washer and it took 2 weeks for them to fix it. They told me it would take 1 day, 2 at most. No calls in between to tell me it was going to take longer, no answer when I called. Then when they did call me it was Friday at 5pm, so I had to wait another weekend to get my washer. That's not good service.

I am sorry for your washer repair taking 2 weeks to repair.There are some reasons for this that are out of or control.Most of the repairs that we do are contracted by a third party such as manufacture warranty,home warranty,or one of many extended warranties.Many times these companies ship us the parts .Which causes delays.I am sure when you where called on Friday your part had just came in.Again I apologize and want you to know we are a good company and do care.

They lied...

I had someone come out to look at my clothes washer because of a small leak coming from the frontload door. They are contracted with Lowe's to repair warrantied appliances. The man looked at my washer and said that he couldn't pinpoint where the leak was coming from but thought that we should try replacing the seal around the door. He told me that they would order the part and be in contact. Well, today it's been 26 days since the man was here. I've never recieved a a phone call, etc. So I decided to call Lowe's to see if they knew what the status was on getting the part and repairing the washer. The man at Lowe's that I spoke with said that Runyon's has already been paid and that the report said "checks out OK-instructed customer to keep clean." Not one time did the repair man tell me that it checked out OK, much less to keep it clean...as if a clothes washer is dirty?! Maybe some lint here and there that is pulled out regularly, but nothing major. So this guy straight up lied to my face by telling me that he was going to order the part, be in contact and return to replace the part. And on top of that, he lied to Lowe's and got paid by Lowe's for no service whatsoever. This company, in my opinion is dishonest, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I still have a leak and have requested another company to look at the washer. I also called Runyon's to let them know what had been done and they didn't even apologize. The guy I spoke with actually argued with me. Don't go to this company!!

I am sorry for your un satisfactory service call.However as you stated that call was thru lowes extended warranty .When working for a third party such as an insurance company you must follow there guide lines. Which include customer use and care(and the lack of it) You should read your service manual on use and care of your appliance.And just to keep the record straight Lowes customer service calls the customer on denial claims.We are a very honest company and would be happy to resolve any problem.
