Runyon's Appliance Sales & Svc

I purchased an extended service contract from Frigidaire for my dishwasher last year. Unknown to me, this business is the only authorized service center on this side of PHX.
In January 2015, the washer started going crazy turning itself on/off and the touch pad control would not work. I suspected the motherboard and/or the touchpad. I called Frigidaire who turned me to Runyon. They sent a tech who said the touchpad/mother board were part of one assembly order. He ordered it, and another tech returned a week later with the parts. This tech replaced the board but not the touch pad as he felt problem was solved. 2 days later, same problem. I called Runyon who refered me back to Frigidaire. Frigidaire questioned why they paid for 2 parts to be install, but only one was. Runyon called and stated they would be out to install the touchpad. The initial Tech showed back up questioning why he was sent out. Told him his buddy never installed the touchpad. This tech now says he has to reorder the part. Week goes by and a 3rd tech comes out a part. Asks me if I expect a digital numeric display to be installed. I say NO...a full touchpad, He sez..OH..thats not what I have and will have to re-order. That was 2 weeks ago and have never heard back from Runyon. Tomorrow calling Frigidaire and the BBB to file complaints on this business. If I were not under contract with Runyon as the only provider, I would gladly bring another repair service in. This is just unacceptable for a pre-paid service. Runyon is obviously poorly managed and should not be in the business

Worst experience I've had with local company. They ran up a giant bill for the insurance company and never fixed the problems. This last 3.5 weeks for me and my five children. In the end, they said they did all they could. They recommended me call someone else with better equipment... so basically CALL PROFESSIONALS and not these guys. And I'm still waiting on a call from the manager.

Allen came out checked my refrigerator that

was not cooling .I was expecting the worse only to find out my coils need cleaned,Which he did for me all for just the service call charge.

My home warranty assigned my work order to them and they couldn't even be bothered to call me to set up an appointment... so I couldn't be bothered to give them my business.

The technician was very good a real nice guy who knew what the problem was and fixed the problem. I would call them again for any appliance repair issue.

I am very happy with the deal we got on a washer dryer set from here. We recently moved into a rental and needed a washer and dryer and a new neighbor told us about this place and they were right the deal was sweet and they came over and set it right up. It is good to be able to wash and dry again.

We went online to find an appliance repair place to have our washer fixed we ran across http://www.runyonappliance.com and decided to use them and we are happy we did they were fast and the washer is spinning again properly so our clothes are no longer soaked when we place them in the dryer, so good job Runyon Appliance of AZ.

Great company and the staff were great, they showed up when they said they would and fixed our washer in no time flat. About 2 years ago we needed a repair on a dryer and they were also very good they replaced the heating element and it has worked ever since then perfectly. I would use this place again and tell my friends and family to do the same. They have been in business for over 20 years in the area I learned about this place through a friend of mine and I am glad we use them for our home in Phoenix wish they were available in Florida for our other home.

On Monday morning we called to have our washing machine worked on and were told they could not be here before Tuesday.I explained we had a 3 stroke child and had already gone the whole weekend without being able to do a wash.I was asked to hold for a minute when they got back I was told someone would be out by the end of the day.Not 10 minutes later a man named Nick called back to confirm our address and said he would by here within 1 hour. Damn if he wasn't fix our washer in a hour cleaned up his mess and was out the door.The man was young but very polite and helpful. WE were very happy and will call them again if needed. Thank you Nick.
