Just waited for 5 minutes on hold after asking for the parts dept.. I guess they don't need any new customers.

NOT DEPENDABLE if you need a part and you are waiting on it. This was my weekend with my boys ordered and paid for a filter waited and kept calling, got run around about its coming; not until I ask them for some kind of tracking of part then they told me they cant even get it...I guess my one weekend a month with my boys out riding will have to wait...DARN

Wanted full used price for a used bike with broken mirror and deep scratches. Loved the HD so I purchased regardless. Then the manager hounded me to purchase extended warranty and tire protection. Said if I get a flat then I get a new tire, but I should throw a nail in it when the tread was low and get a replacement. Tried to make me feel stupid for not. Paid over $300 dollars for licensing fee. Have not received plates after 9 weeks and still waiting. I had to return to dealership for extended tags. No apology or offer to compensate for my time. I asked for a courtesy call in regards to delay of plates. No reply. Also was left a snide voicemail in regards to my post dated check going thru. These are facts.
