They are really awesome. I ordered once here and the delivery was on time. I really love the combinations of flowers and the leaves they are using.

Just want to tell you how much we appreciate the service we received from you when we ordered the wedding flowers. My daughter had no idea what kind of bouquet she wanted, but Shawndee worked with us and was patient and helpful. The bride was very happy with her flowers and the special touches you added to the bouquetsmade them unique and your prices are reasonable.

I was very disappointed with Payne and Morrison florists. A friend of my mother's ordered flowers for her after a recent surgery - specifically a large arrangement of a dozen pink roses and white flowers, with a pink bow. The flowers delivered were 5 YELLOW roses (which my mother HATES) and white carnations, with a ribbon and no bow. In addition, the flowers were not fresh - they looked like the leftovers from the back of the fridge. Basically, the flowers delivered were not worth the price my mother's friend paid. When my mother's friend called to inquire about the incorrect order, the florist made us return the incorrect order, and delivered a bud vase with only 4 pink roses - not the dozen that had been ordered. In addition, there was no bow, and not even a ribbon this time.



All in all, I would recommend the guy on the street corner before I would recommend P & M. The ratings systems made me give them a star, but I don't think they deserve even though much!

have been to countless flower shops, Payne and Morrison though is truly unique. Why? Oh maybe because it's the only place I've ever been to where the owner (or manager--as she was the lady in charge;) is utterly rude, sarcastic, and downright nasty. Usually in the business world, business owners like to be (get ready for a revolutionary idea) POLITE. Well, not at Payne and Morrison! As for the product? Does it make up for such horrid treatment? Well, if you're a fan of old, wilted, brown-edged flowers...by all means go to this place. Seriously, why is this place even in business?Go elsewhere to find some gorgeous flowers and ATTENTIVE service.

If you need to send a special arrangement to impress someone do not send flowers from Payne and Morrison. I called three days before my wife's birthday to ensure she received flowers on her birthday. It was promised to be delivered the morning of and barely made it by the end of the day. I also ordered a beautiful arrangement , and they sent the order to another local florist to do - not designed by the home of designer team Payne and Morrison. Needless to say my wife received a cheap glass vase with simple flower arrangement. When I called them to ask why they forwarded the flowers I ordered they mentioned that they did not deliver to that part of the city. When I asked them to replace the flowers with the item shown on their website they said "you must be kidding, you just forget about your money. It's lost". Again, If you truly want to save yourself the aggravation, please do not order from here.

Ordered a dozen roses from this florist. When they arrived they looked nice by withing one day they started wilting, never opened and looked liked a dried arrangement. Not what I had in mind especially for how much they cost!!! Go elsewhere and you will be happier.

We live out of state, so reviews were an important way to find flowers for an occasion in Phoenix. I am so glad we picked Payne & Morrison. Their service was excellent; they gave us all the details about what the arrangement would look like, and that is exactly what was delivered (right on time). Everyone was thrilled with the flowers, including me!

Missed a funeral service all together. Can't make those type of occasions up! Won't use again.
