Matt's Big Breakfast

The food is the best in town. It is always busy yet my food was out in just minutes. The rosemary in my potatoes was a nice touch. I highly recommend this business to friends and family.

This place should be called Matt's BIG wait! My family & I waited over an hour to sit at the "bar", maybe if I flirted w/ the waiter like te group of 5 who were AFTER us, the waiter would hv came outside & taken our order like he did for the group of 5 females, who ended up getting served BEFORE us, even though they were AFTER my party of 3. Once seated the waitress commences to take drink orders from the party of 3 that was AFTER the party of 5, to whom we were BEFORE both. I will most likely never eat there again. It was more like eating after goin to the gym, being that I wad so sweaty after FINALLY being seated. You would think they would invest in fans, a misting system or something to accommodate their customers...NOT! 6 thumbs down from my husband, son & myself!

After reading much hype about this place I would like to gove the facts. It is a mediocre resturaunt at best. The eggs are bland, the coffee tastes like mollasses, the hasbrowns burnt and greasy and the toast stale. Because it is such a small place they act like they are in a hurry to get you out the door. This establishment gets undeserved publicity because the owners wife works for Pizzaria Bianco. The truth is that The Village Inn and the chains are much better. This is usually the case in the Phoenix area.
