Awesome! Took in my old Dell because it was not working, and they let me trade it in for store credit, and I walked out with a new Mac! They also replaced my iPhone cracked glass. Talk about a one-stop-shop! The Tech's there really know their stuff, very helpful explaining comparisons between different computers. Very knowledgeable.
