Killer Auto Sales

I have boughten two vehicles from them and I take them back they're also for oil changes they have been really good they've helped me and I've never had any problems with them if I pull in there and I have something wrong with my car they always come out and they help me no matter what I will go back again when I'm ready to trade in and buy another vehicle the staff there is all friendly and so was the owner

I purchased, paying cash, a 2003 Kia Optima from Killer Auto Sales with the implied 15 day warranty. In addition I purchased a 5yr extended warranty. The car was drivable for 8 days and the clutch went out. The dealership picked up the vehicle and promised to repair it at no cost to me. It is 3 months later I have filed 3 complaints with the Better Business Bureau Killer Auto Sales will not respond to the Better Business Bureau Inguiry. Furthermore I cancelled the 5 yr extended warranty as the car was still under the 15 day implied warranty and Killer Auto Sales used my credit card number I used to pay for the warranty for an unauthorized charge. The owner will not return my calls every time I call the dealership the employees ask when am I going to pick up my car. Killer Auto Sales did not repair my car and billed my credit card number they had on file with out my permission. I will continue to pursue my complaints thru the media and my attorney. I would not recommend them to anyone and they were a referral to me I expected more from a business referred by a Killer Auto Sales employee’s family member.
