Well I thought maybe the other reviews might be a little hard on them. Wrong ....there is no way you can run a business any worse. Unfortunately uninformed ģemployees, bad service make for a bad dining experience. There's lots of KFC'S to visit that are pretty good, just not this site.

This location is the worst. They are usually out of chicken after work. And they are rude about it too.

Arrived at this location before 9pm. They say that they are open till 10. Was told that they they only had legs and wings. Again they are open till 10. Watched 4 cars pull away. That is a lot of lost business.

5/22/08 approx 9pm drove thru the drive up placed my order for original chicken, cole slaw,

mashed potatoes and gravy. Was not told of a weight due to food not prepared. The window attendent processed my debit card, then ask me to drive forward and the order would be brought out when it was prepared. Approx 9:20 i returned to the counter to complain about the waite and not being advise that i would have to wait, giving me the choice of going somewhere else of waiting. The lady i first spoke with was appologitic, when i ask for the manager, he was

helping a customer right next to us. when he completed his transaction, he walked away as if he was unaware of my issues. I was given a cake at no charge to appease my anger. Getting

something for free, was not my intent. The wait and especially the long wait was. The issue

was taken care of and i preceeded home.



I arrived home to discover i had recieved less than 1/2 cup of gravy to go with a full cup or potatoes and chrispy chicken not the original i had ordered.



A call was made to the place of business, going thru my entier experience there and now

the problems with the order, and explained it was my intent to dispute the charge with my bank.

The response was you got food didn't you.



I ask for the owners name and phone number and was told they were corporate owned and the

number was on the box.



The issue of not having food is not new, it happens enough the we kid about going up and asking, what do you have, wrather than suggesting what i would like,
