        This KFC has awful service and...

        This KFC has awful service and awful employees. Had one of the rudest female employees in drive-thru I've ever experienced. They also will hold a car at the first window, even after they've paid, and only send them to the second window when the food's almost ready to be handed out. They are doing this to cheat on delivery times being clocked at that window. Bad experiences every time I've gone to this location, both at drive-thru and in the lobby.

        Night managers at the peak of closing not sincere disrespectful and much negative attitude during the service that needs to be provided to the customer I will report these matter ASAP, to higher authority the specific manager in mind goes by the name of Ike or Issac.
