I've always struggled with staying consistent with working out, but since I've joined, the staff and fellow family members have been nothing but encouraging! I cannot imagine going anywhere else for kickboxing. From the first day that I went the instructors have been wonderful and ready to help. They getting the most out of your workout. Even when you are struggling they are encouraging you to keep moving without being intimidating. I am so happy that I gave it a try.

This has been the best experience I have ever made for self physical improvement. I was hooked after the first class and signed up that day. I have been going for almost four months two times a week and I have lost 10lbs. It has been an amazing journey. I feel better and I know reaching my goal weight is easily achievable. I am not a workout person but I love going to iLoveKickboxing Ahwatukee. The instructor and staffs are friendly, helpful, fun and very motivating. Small class size allows me to get more attention from the instructor and better interaction with other members. Highly recommend iLoveKickboxing Ahwatukee.

ILKB Ahwatukee is perfect for my fitness goals. There are a variety of days and times for class and all of the trainers are so awesome. They help you get into the hang of things when you first start and modify any of the exercises to fit your needs. When you slack off they push and motivate you to keep going! The workout is great and affects the full body. Your heart rate is constantly increasing and decreasing and the instruction given causes muscle confusion to burn more! I understand that with this type of a workout the after-burn can last 24 hours after a class is finished! How amazing! All of the members I've met are equally as great and motivate eachother. There is no competition between members at iLKB unless it's a friendly competition, so I don't feel embarrassed that I look funny doing the exercises. Even the location of the gym is great because it's close to both my work and home and there are no parking issues. If you can't already tell, I LOVE ILoveKickboxing! Im sure you will too!

Totally cool place. Great people who workout at kickboxing and the instructors are amazing. I signed up for 5 classes and after the first day I signed up. Naomi and Kerri are so great to workout with because they work your butt off lol. If your looking for a great fun and amazing place to get a great workout come to ILKB.

iLoveKickboxing is such a fun way to get in a quick yet effective workout everyday! Classes are only and hour long which makes it easy to fit into your schedule. The instructors are lively and motivating and the facility is very well maintained. 100% recommend to those looking to reach their fitness goals!!
