Greyhound Bus Lines

I called three times to find out the arrival time for a bus coming from Tucson (to Phoenix) and the phone range approximately 15 times only to be told the party I wanted to reach was not available. Very frustrating. There was no way to find out what time to pick up a passenger and no alternative number to call.

I have a friend that did not arive on the bus she was supposed to be on. She had text me when she left the station in Denver. Her daughter saw her off. I was told they do not track whether or not passengers return to the bus at a stop. After a long process, 4 hours later, and talking with police in 3 states, the officer in Phoenix was able to find out that her original bus missed its connecting bus. I was told that they could not give that information out. It would have saved a lot of trouble for a lot of people if they had just said they had to wait for another bus.
