        Poor customer service. Rude workers. And if you purchase online you are not guaranteed a seat.

        the worst

        i paid for 6 seats and ended up with 5 seats only i had to carry my son in order to get a seat for him, another passenger had to stand untill the next stop where passengers got off.

        what the @#$%*!!!

        they lost my favorite luggedge and all the stuff in the bags meant alot to me!!! but if they find my luggedges they totally ROCK!!!!!!!!!
