Worst training I've ever been through. For 6-8 weeks you sit with someone who takes calls and you pretty much have to catch on, or don't. Company seemed fine, but the attorneys didn't care about anyone. They just want their money and to make the clients and fellow coworkers feel like dirt under their nails.

After being in a serious car accident in 2011, I hired Stephanie Ireland from Goldberg & Osborn to help me with my case. During my recovery, Stephanie and her team were extremely helpful in navigating the minefield of doctors, paperwork and insurance companies. As my case progressed, I felt secure knowing that Stephanie really knew what she was doing, and that she would do her absolute best for me. My phone calls were always returned and my questions addressed, so that I could understand what was going on each step of the way. In the end, I was very pleased with the result of my case. I have never used their service, but agree with the prior review. The woman's voice on the commercial is extremely annoying - she sounds like she is talking to a toddler. Every time the commercial comes on we also change the channel.

This is the only law firm I'd ever call if I were in an accident. I called them and they didn't handle my type of case but they didn't rush me off of the phone and took the time to talk to me and give me the name of a lawyer who could help me. It was really nice because you just don't get that kind of customer service anymore.
