        Gateway Academy is a private preschool serving the educational needs of students with nonverbal learning disorders. Located in Scottsdale, Ariz., it specializes in dealing with students with Asperger s syndrome, high functioning autism and pervasive developmental disorders (PDD). The school s academic offerings include project based curriculum, integrated time management/organizational skills program and individual student portfolios, among others.
