        I live in the topaz pointe apartments and I have a case of bed bugs. The whole apartment complex has bedbugs I had to throw out my couches and my bed. They haven't tried once to replace my furniture or take money off my rent. My washer and dryer hadn't been working over two weeks. The took my smoke detector down and still haven't put them back up they services suck and they never return your calls.

        Dunlap & magee are terrible my Air has been broken since Friday 6/24/2016 and is still broken as we speak 6/30/16 the put two bulky Portables In my house that didn't work and told they won't come fix it until Friday 7/1/16 I also have a 1 year old baby and was not moved into a hotel or a different unit its Miserable I LIVE IN PHOENIX AZ

        Shoddy construction and unres...

        Shoddy construction and unresponsive management. I have lived at Paradise Greens for over 1-1/2 years, and ceiling has leaked ever since. I have talked to other tenants with same issue. Rain has caused huge hole in ceiling drywall and insulation has washed out. Have requested repairs in writing and got excuses excuses excuses, but no results. SLUMLORDS!
