Dr. Jung T Dao, MD

Dr. Doa is a conservative ophthalmologist and I appreciate that he isn't scalpel happy. I have blue eyes and worked outside most of my teaching career coaching in Phoenix. Due to a combination of UV rays, dust and perhaps having blue eyes I ended up having a pterygium grow over the medial side of my eye that eventually needed removed. Dr. Doa watched my pterygium annually for ~ 8-yrs. before he said it was time for surgery to remove the growth. The surgery went well. He is the BEST surgeon I've ever had experience with; he is sure of himself and precise with his hands. Dr. Jung can be trusted. He is professional. He cares for his patients and is not out to make a quick buck doing surgeries unless they are really needed. Post-surgery 10+yrs., I still have 20-20 vision for distance. Like many older folks living in Phoenix, Az, one day I will need cataract surgery. With no reservations, I know who'll be my surgeon...Dr. Dao is the best! I would highly recommend Dr. Dao to anyone needing an excellent ophthalmologist in whom they can trust.
