D & G Appliance, LLC

I can't praise this place enough! I placed a service request with American Home Shield late last night and was immediately told that they would assign me to D & G Appliance who would contact me within 24 hours. I received a call around 8 AM this morning and the service call was scheduled for this afternoon. Dan greeted me warmly, asked a few follow up questions, checked the refrigerator, and immediately identified the problem. He had the replacement part on the truck so within less than 30 minutes, my refrigerator was working properly again. I will definitely request them if I ever have another problem that they can handle. I'm so fortunate to have had both American Home Shield and D & G Appliance.

These clowns came out as the contracted "repairmen" for American Homeshield, both of whom are shlock operations. On the first repair attempt the "expert repairman" failed to fix the leaking refrigerator. On second appointment the same "repairman" spent less than 5 minutes at my house and told me that the collected water on my floor must have been from me dropping ice cubes on the floor. He did not even move the fridge or even acknowledge the first failed repair. After that the business would not even return my phone calls.
DO NOT spend your money on these people......

i guess they could have told me that I needed a new motor, but they looked at it and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes...

Only charged me for the service call

Called a previous company on a built in refrigerator that wasn't cooling properly and they weren't able to grasp what the problem was over a 30 day period and 4 visits. Decided to give D&G a call to see what they could do and not only did they arrive within 2 hours of my call, but within 1/2 hour of diagnosing they immediately identified the problem. Dan was professionally equipped, personable, and explained and showed me everything that was happening. So in a nutshell they diagnosed & repaired my refrigerator within 4 hours of my phone call on a problem that I tried to have others repair over the last month and at what I thought was a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an appliance issue.

I had chosen this company because of all the great reviews here for them- but I've got to admit no part of my experience with them was good. When I called, they couldn't fit me in 'til 4 days later, and gave me a time-frame of 11-1 when he'd come. Dan finally called me about 10 minutes after 1:00 to say he was still working on a previous job & it'd be a while. He got here at 2:40, walked in smelling like cigarettes, didn't make any small talk, and charged us $239 for a small repair- the water valve (because the ice maker had been leaking). He was gone by 3:20, I don't know why it was so much money, all the other reviews kept raving about this company & how they were reasonable-- well I definitely disagree. I'm calling someone else next time.

My washing machine was make a loud noise, I went on yellowpages.com and called D& G appliance they came out provided a full inspection as part of their free estimate and it was repaired at a great price! Thanks

cant afford a new stove called DnG and they saved me money I do not have right now so thank you guys now I can cook for my wife and kids again

Washer was out called D&G came out fixed and the price was just right.

Great service, fast and they were on time when I needed them. I had a dryer that needed to be repaired not only did htey come out and fix, but were on time and very professonal. I will use D&G again
