At the Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, P.C., our physicians and staff specialize in providing nonsurgical solutions for a wide range of injuries, disabling and painful conditions. Our physicians have been dedicated to serving the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation needs of patients in the Phoenix area since 1993. Kevin S. Ladin, M.D. and Gary J. Dilla, M.D. have more than 28 years combined experience in treating patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. In this capacity, they have gained extensive knowledge of the various mechanisms of injury and their relationship to disability. Our conservative approach to treatment involves establishing a clear diagnosis, implementing a comprehensive treatment plan and establishing realistic goals for the patient to return to a more productive life. Both doctors are certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty board certification in Pain Medicine. Our doctors are specially trained in spine and sports medicine, industrial/occupational medicine, pain management, electrodiagnostic medicine, and are board certified in independent medical examinations following automobile or work-related injuries. We focus on optimizing function and minimizing pain. A wide array of options are available to help our patients reach their health and wellness goals and to enhance patient performance. We are committed to building a patient-physician relationship that will assist in the delivery of care and improvement of treatment outcomes. We work closely with the referring physician, providing timely communication for the benefit of both the referring physician and patient. We also take pride in our approach to patient education, believing that a more informed patient is a healthier patient.
