Worst place ever to fix the transmission. Cheap parts and longer waiting times, besides the manager and his employees lack experience, customer service skills and honesty. I will never ever go back to that place again :( . I hope no one does business with this place, it's waste of time and money.

This is by far the most unprofessional, dishonest and filthy shops I have ever had the displeasure of getting screwed by. I bought a truck with a transmission Mark had recently rebuilt less than 4k miles previously. The transmission was making noise so I took it to him despite the 2 hour drive. I left it with him over night as he requested. He never called me, I always had to call him and he gave me the run around acting as if he couldn't verify the noise. He obviously lacks pride in his work, lacks integrity and is an embarrassment to the automotive industry and the very reason repair shops have a bad rap. I work for a very honest, reputable repair shop that takes pride in our work. We make mistakes, we stand up and make it right. This guy is an embarrassment to America.

Have an 02' grand caravan that dropped a tranny in the middle of the road. Was going to sell because the van has over 203k miles. Was referred to mark who quoted me a price that was a small fortune lower than my lowest quote. Came with a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. Price was as quoted and van runs like new. Who knew a new tranny could make such a difference. Good guys who answer all questions quickly and honestly. i will be having Mark and his crew do all my mechanical work going forward as well...Very happy.
