I understand the system and was not angry in the least having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I was very angry when I missed a phone call a few days before the appointment from Dr. Rizzo's office. They called at 2pm and didn't leave any message. I called them back at 3:40 and was told my appointment was now cancelled because I hadn't called them back within the hour! They told me "that is their policy". So, their ridiculous and dangerous "policy" is to let you make an appointment, call you a few days before the appointment and leave NO MESSAGE, then cancel your appointment if you don't call them back to confirm your appointment within the hour - even though they left no message about confirming the appointment! Is this the DUMBEST "policy" you've ever heard? I've had an ear infection for WEEKS and now I have to start all over and I will no doubt have to wait 3 or more weeks for another appointment with a REPUTABLE doctor. Stay away from these complete idiots.

Please stay away from West Valley ENT. They do not disclose amount the amount owed due prior to surgery and will over charge you what is legallyallowed by insurance. Their staff will not assist you well and are untrained.
