As personal injury attorneys, we understand that insurance companies and governmental or corporate entities routinely take advantage of people when they need them most. We firmly believe in holding those institutions accountable for the damage their policyholders, employees, or policies cause. For this reason, when we take a personal injury case, we take it with the goal of maximizing the compensation that our clients recover. We are not a settlement mill that takes more cases than we can handle. We have made the conscious decision to stay small and agile, so we can provide the best possible representation in the cases that we take. While personal injury encompasses a wide range of injuries and situations, we have significant experience handling cases involving car accidents, brain and spinal cord injury, premises liability incidents, construction site accidents, wrongful death, and more.
Property Damage
The primary goal of filing a personal injury claim is to obtain compensation for expenses incurred due to the accident. Many personal injury cases result in high medical bills, property damage, lost wages, and other financial or physical losses. Fortunately, Arizona’s civil laws allow you to hold liable parties accountable so that you are not responsible for the harm they caused you.
Accidents that result in personal injuries are traumatic experiences for anyone to endure. From medical care to mounting bills, life after a severe accident can look much different, including permanent injuries, employment loss, and mental anguish. If you or a loved one were negligently injured, the Arizona personal injury attorneys at Blischak Law Firm will protect your rights and hold liable parties accountable under Arizona law.
