        Beware - just received EOB from Blue Cross, they billed $55K for a 45 minute OP shoulder tendon repair! National avg & AZ avg charge is $16-26K. This does not include surgeon, anesthesia, radiologist or DME. I will be Contacting state licensing, insurance commission and regulators on charging.
