I have never experienced worse customer service. I have sleep apnea and, through my medical insurance, have rented a cpap machine from this "business". I have been trying for over 9 months to receive replacement parts and still have not received anything from them. They do not follow up on calls, 'lose' orders, and generally seem to be the single most inept business that I have ever dealt with.

However, I have never had one problem receiving a bill from them. For some reason, that seems to always come on time.

Avoid them like the plague.
