Our civic association hired Coren Wise to represent us against an appeal by a developer who wished to demolish a 19th-century house in order to build 3 townhouses, and needed a variance to do so. The zoning board supported our opposition, but the developer appealed the matter to Common Pleas and Commonwealth Courts. Mr. Wise won in both venues.
