Urinary Incontinence
Female incontinence treatment will depend on the cause and type of incontinence. The first step may be bladder training, diet modification and Kegel exercises. Medications such as Ditropan, Detrol, Sanctura, Vesicare, Enablex, Toviaz, or Myrbetriq may also be helpful with urge incontinence. A pessary is a custom-fitted device that can be inserted into the vagina to prevent leakage. Surgery such as a sling procedure is another option for female urinary incontinence.

Pelvic prolapse is more common after childbirth and tends to run in families. It can show up in the thirties, but is more common in the 5th, 6th, and 7th decades of life. Some women have no symptoms with mild prolapse and do not need treatment. Others experience symptoms that are bothersome, ranging from pain, to leakage, to spotting. Bladder cancer is a common form of cancer that starts in the cells of the bladder. The bladder is an organ in your lower abdomen, which stores urine. Bladder cancer usually begins in the cells (urothelial cells) in the lining of the bladder. Urothelial cells are also in your kidneys and the tubes (the ureters) between the kidneys and the bladder. Bladder cancer / urothelial cancer can be in the kidneys and ureters, as well as the bladder (but most common in the bladder).

Kidney Cancer
Kidney cancer is an abnormal growth of cells in the kidney tissue. As the cells grow they form a mass or tumor. There are several different types of kidney cancer, including renal cell carcinoma (the most common form), transitional cell carcinoma, renal sarcoma, and Wilm’s tumor (most common form of kidney cancer in children). There are subtypes of renal cell cancer as well.
Kidney Stones
A kidney stone / bladder stone is a small hard mass in the kidney that forms from crystal deposits of phosphates and urates. A kidney stone is also called renal calculus.
Testicular Cancer
Testicular cancer is a cancer in the testicles (or testes), inside the scrotum, a bag of skin under the penis. The testicles are where sperm and male sex hormones are produced. Testicular cancer is a fairly rare form of cancer, but is the most common cancer in younger males (i.e. 15 – 35 years of age). Testicular cancer is typically very treatable, even if it has spread. The type of treatment for testicular cancer depends on the stage and other factors. Testicular cancer typically only affects one of the testicles.

Kidney infection, also called pyelonephritis, is one type of urinary tract infection (UTI). It often begins in the urethra or bladder and travels to one or both of the kidneys. A kidney infection should be addressed immediately by a doctor. If a kidney infection is not treated properly, it can permanently damage your kidneys, or spread to your blood and turn into a life-threatening infection.
Prostate Cancer
Elevated PSA can be detected on routine screening blood tests. An elevated PSA could be an indication of prostate cancer. Other reasons for an elevated PSA could be an enlarged prostate gland or inflammation of the prostate gland. The PSA test is a screening test for prostate cancer. Prostate-specific antigen is a protein produced in the prostate gland.

Multiple Sclerosis
Urinary incontinence (leakage) in men may be caused by many different reasons. It may be the result of surgery to remove the prostate, weak muscles, dietary issues, underlying diseases such as Parkinson’s or multiple sclerosis, lifestyle choices, or prior radiation therapy. The cause of the male incontinence can usually be found and there are a range of solutions to this problem. There are exercises you can do to strengthen the pelvic muscles. There are also surgical options available to help with male incontinence.

Ultrasound
ED evaluation will include a complete history and physical exam of your testicles and penis. Blood tests detect low testosterone levels. Urine tests and blood tests can detect diabetes. Ultrasound tests can detect blood flow issues. You physician may ask you questions to determine if depression/anxiety may be causing your erectile dysfunction.
MRI
Kidney cancer evaluation will be a complete history and physical by your physician. Blood and urine tests, imagining tests such as CT scans, MRI, ultrasound and/or biopsy are used to diagnose kidney cancer.
X-Rays
Computed Tomography
The doctor will perform a history and physical exam for kidney stones / bladder stones. Blood and urine tests may be performed. An x-ray may be taken of the kidneys, ureters and bladder (KUB) to determine the size and location of the stone. Ultrasound is sometimes used to see if the kidney stone is blocking the ureter or kidney. If the kidney / bladder stone is small or hard to see on KUB, the doctor may order a CT scan. The doctor will follow up with further x-rays if the stone does not pass in a timely fashion or continues to cause pain.
Chemotherapy
Kidney cancer treatment will depend on the stage of the cancer. Surgery to remove the kidney is called a nephrectomy. Cryoablation or radiofrequency ablation may be used to freeze or heat damage the cancer cells to kill the kidney cancer. Radiation is also an option for treatment of kidney cancer. Chemotherapy may be used as well. The mainstay of kidney cancer treatment is removal of just the mass, or the entire cancerous kidney, as long as the other kidney is healthy. One kidney can do all the work you need.

Penile cancer is in various forms of skin cancer, including squamous cell or epidermoid carcinoma, which is as much as 95% of all penile cancers.
