The PUR offers UAS range support services to customers wishing to fly UAS on an FAA approved, UAS test range. The PUR can support COA development/application, FAAR Part 107 operations, FAR 333 exemptions, and special airworthiness certification - experimental, and type certification assistance.

Location
The PUR is based at Eastern Oregon Regional Airport and encompasses over 14,000 sq/miles of airspace in NE Oregon. The PUR administration office is located at 2016 Airport Road, Pendleton OR 97801
Amenities
The PUR is based at a FAR Part 139 towered airport (KPDT). We offer hangar space; improved UAS pads on the airfield with electrical power, water, and network fiber at each pad; office space; storage space, a mobile mission control facility containing large screen monitors, ADSB receivers and display, VHF voice communication, two cellular hot spots, and general purposed computers. The PUR supports UAS operations both in KPDT Class D airspace, as well as operations off-airport in Class E and G airspace depending on the customers requirements. KPDT is served by a regional commercial airline, with scheduled flights to San Francisco and Portland.
