Dr. Small is incredible. He is everything that you would want in a surgeon. He is confident, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, attentive, detail oriented, a perfectionist and a true master of his craft. I highly recommend him.

Starting with the welcome- completely understood what was needed, was precise, compassionate, and thoughtful. Between he and Darlene, I couldn't have felt like I was in better hands. available for questions before, during and after. Dr. Small is not going to small talk, but he is going to be exactly what you need in a surgeon. Takes his work and your experience very seriously. Darlene is a dream. kind, thoughtful, compassionate, direct, and completely understands the procedures taking place.

Plastic surgery was never part of my future until cancer put me on this path. As emotional as that is Dr Small and Laurel did their best to keep me at ease and informed.

Dr Small was patient and kind during my first visit. He listened to me and cared about everything I was saying. He told me my options, answered any questions I had, and never made me feel rushed.
