Would not recommend. Technician was nasty when things went wrong with the email software. He would have lost all of my emails if I did not have that back up. He yelled at me and was very abusive. Charges were highway robbery. He also made insulting comments to me. Even though he can troubleshoot, his customer service was very poor. He tampered with the default system and wanted to uninstall all my programs and files if the scan had failed. Technician is a bad risk. No longer trust him. He could have harmed my email software and computer. If I should even use another technician, that person will first need to undo the damages that technician at A & J computers did to the email default system. He forced me to involve a technician of my provider before he would continue servicing the computer and he charged me for it. He made me compromise my password and would not allow me to change it at his shop. He threaten to make me carry the hard drive home on the bus if I did.
