Great company with knowledgeable service and customer oriented approach. I have used them exclusively for over 4 years and would never trust my technology needs to anyone else.

Computers are always going to be ready "tomorrow" and the last time we dropped my father's computer off, "tomorrow" was promised countless times (over several MONTHS) which finally ended with them telling us they don't know what happened to our computer and it wasn't there. This was after several attempted drop-ins by myself in which their doors were locked during "normal" business hours. My husband finally caught them there last week (though the door was locked) and they asked him to come back in a few hours and it would be ready. Then that turned into another "tomorrow" and then they asked for an extension until Monday.



They never found our computer. Photos & documents that are irreplaceable are gone, and all we were offered was a refurbished model of equal/less value to the one we dropped off. They will give you every excuse under the sun & will not accept responsibility for their screw ups.
