I have been working MS money which I use for my home and business for years. This handles all of my financial data and life. Our Computer crashed due to the Crypto Virus my daughter got. My Wife and I brought in our Toshiba satellite and got it fixed here. We are an older couple and appreciate the help we got. These guys hot us cranking again. Laptop is fast and we are able to browse and get to our games and Facebook safe again..They really took the time and assisted us Greatly. We do appreciate it and were letting other older couples know.

dropped off my computer and they wanted the full repair amount upfront. No credit cards accepted there so I paid half by check. They had the computer for nearly one week longer than they said it would take with no call. When I called they were unable to get the part because Sony does not make it. They said they would return my computer and refund $150 I put down. They are not refunding my money, the owner began swearing at me and my husband and made threats that he knows everything about me after having my computer for two weeks. This company is very bad and this guy says "it's only $150"! The store on 159th is always empty. Apparently they don't associate keeping $150 for fixing nothing because the part is no longer made as stealing, but it is.

Good service. Worth the price. My daughters computer caught a bad virus. These guys removed it and all came back to normal. Thumbs up.
