Prompt arrangement for service

I just bought a car and got the windshield replaced from Techna Glass. It cracked across the entire windshield, I had three technicians look at it saying that there was no point of impact from a rock. They called it a "stress fracture from installation". Which I was super happy about, thinking I would get this taken care of. They then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. Because the dealership bought the windshield, they didn't have a warranty for this windshield. With me looking around the building that has advertised "Warranty, we take care of you" They weren't taking care of me, they were trying to get me to pay for an entire windshield again. I don't think this is fair.........Thanks for taking the time.
