Our recently expanded two-story facility now has 150 units sized 5’ x 10’ and larger to serve your household or commercial needs. Our facility is built with brick, wood, and steel, which allows for a controlled climate in most units. Indoors, we provide first- or second-floor units which are secured with electronic access and 24/7 security lighting. Outdoors, our units are on the ground floor only and come with security fencing and lighting. We provide you with your own lock and key for each space. Our units are offered at a low monthly rate, and our staff will consult with you to figure out the right size storage unit for your needs so that you do not pay more than you need to. -They offer month-to-month storage unit rentals INDOOR UNITS -Indoor units offer an additional layer of security to customers because you need an access code to get into the building and then you also have a lock on the unit itself OUTDOOR UNITS -Some people can store motorcycles in there but they are not large enough to fit a car. UNIT SIZES -5' x 10' -5' x 12' -10' x 10' -10' x 12' -5' x 14' GENERAL -Most of the time customers do not know what size unit they are looking for, so they will help them find something that fits their need. They have a variety of unit sizes which is convenient because people can find the right one that fits their needs in terms of size. -Have access to the units 24/7 -Rents the units month-to-month. If someone wants to rent annually then they will give a discount. -Majority of the people renting rent the units to store household goods but also can be used for commercial. -There are some local college kids that will rent the units in the summer to store their things while they are away. -The fact that indoor units are available can be helpful to people because many storage units do not offer this option makes them unique -Offer affordable pricing.
