We have been using the same companies, & in most instances the same tradesmen, for over 19 years. We donâ€™t shop our jobs to find the cheapest labor. Our subs specialize in remodeling (a different beast than new home construction) & they know what we expect of them to meet our very high standards.
Demolition
Once the design is finalized, the next step is the full demolition of the existing bathroom space. This phase is executed with precision & efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to the homeowner’s daily life. The skilled team at Built by Design takes pride in our ability to handle the intricacies of demolition while maintaining a clean & organized workspace. Sunrooms
We have known Dave and Mike for 12 years. They have remodeled two bathrooms, our kitchen, and added a sunroom onto our house. Very easy to work with these great guys.
