We took our new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to Bob Moore after it was struck by a Farmers insured driver. Prior to hiring them I had Fowler Jeep inspect the Jeep ,they do not have a collision center but informed me both passenger and rear doors needed to be replaced to correctly repair our Jeep.Fowler said don't let them try and repair these on a new car.
So I hired Bob Moore and gave Eric their estimator strict instructions to replace not repair door skins . when I returned they did exactly what I told them not to do,they claimed Farmers instructed them to do this . I asked them why they didn't contact me and they started lying about Farmers and the fact they called me when they didn't. I informed them I was the customer and that I am in charge of what happens to my car . However they ,Bob Moore and Farmers are in cahoots together and do not work for the consumer . This is a racket and unfortunately we are are not served well. Beware of Bob Moore ,they are not to be trusted.
