Dieguez & Oloufa OBGYN of Health Central

AWFUL!!! The doctors here are completely incompetent and insensitive for several reasons.

1) They did not diagnose me correctly and did not treat my symptoms properly

2) I had blood work done at the beginning of the month and I NEVER received a call from the office of Dieguez and Oloufa regarding my results. I called in the middle of the month to find out about the results and I was informed that they did not receive them and at they would call me when they did. I NEVER received a call and had to call them back at the end of the month. When I called them I found out that my results required medication which could have been administered sooner had they bothered to call me.

3) When I mentioned the above incident to the Dr. Oloufa she didn't apologize, she just shrugged.

Additionally, the office staff (nurses and especially the doctors) are rude. I have many more horror stories about this office but I will shorten it down to this one warning, "DO NOT go to this office. I have found another doctor's office that provides much better customer service and can actually diagnose and treat their patients properly (that spent half the time to do this than Dieguez and Oloufa).
