Murray's In A Hurry Pizza & Sub

I would like to lodge a complaint about your Norcross location.Important to note is that I have passed by this location several times and decide to try it the next day. I called on Sunday March 31st @ 5pm to place an order for pick up. I was put on hold abruptly. I then called back 2 more times and was told to hold again, without even asking me if I was placing an order. I called and spoke with the woman who answered the first 3times ( asian accent). She told me that I chose to hung up and I "will have to wait" . Is this a way to treat a first time customer ? I was appauled and I will continue to post about my experience on every site (yelp/urbanspoon and everywhere else). In this day and age this is unacceptable and out of order. Customer service is everything and I am sure a training class is in order. I completely turned off by them and I will suggest to anyone that listens to never partronize this place.



PS I would have loved to try the food but the rudeness turned me off. Good luck.

I ordered from this location and the woman barely spoke english on top of the fact she told me my ordered would be place but she would need to have thedriver call back when he was about to head out because she wasnt sure of my address. Then once i recieved a return phone call 45 min later the person informed me I had ordered from the wrong location insinuating it was my fault they couldnt drive the 2 miles to my house (mapquested) and tried to get me to call another location. Ha!!! I just moved to the area and i wont be making this mistake of calling an establishment that treats its customers in such a mannor and i will be circulating my experience.

I look for great crust. Seasons, oog, etc and topping choices is it great pizza for real?
