I didn't choose them. Samsung did. Two people called me to schedule the same appointment; that's not a crime in itself, but I thought I'd list all the things they did wrong, because when it's a lot, I think everything counts.
After scheduling an appointment for three days after from 2-6PM, I wake up that day and handle all of my business that morning so that I could have the whole day open. I get back home at 11:50AM, with lunch, and there's a sticky notice on my door saying that I missed my appointment.
I spend all that day on the phone with Samsung and trying to get in touch with Cyberworld. They also spend all day. I tell them that I want someone else, now. They say they can't because they've already bought the part. I ask them how can they have bought the part if they haven't even looked at the panel on the unit? (I think they just didn't want to take money away from Cyberworld, for some reason.)
As I write this, I have still been without my oven for a little over a week, and still no contact with Cyberworld. They haven't even done the service.
Friends: if you can avoid it, DON'T USE CYBERWORLD. Use someone else.
Reported a frozen Samsung ice maker to Home Depot under their extended warranty. Cyber World Electronics tech Brian came at the scheduled time. Very personal, professional and with a great sense of humor. He brought in everything he needed for the repair in one trip. Replaced the parts needed and the ice maker is working great. I / we could not be more pleased with Brian and the service he provided.
Waited from 1- 5 PM for my scheduled appointment and they don't show up. At 7PM i get a call asking if I want to reschedule. Seems they were overbooked but never called....No I will never rebook.
good experience, they fixed my dryer with no issues, customer service was good and the tech was nice
