Very good communication skills and does a very pretty install. Very happy highly recommend him, he really cares.

They came out to my home when it was near 90 degrees and installed a new out door system using the old freon R-22 and Billy explained to me that I should install a complete system using the new freon 410-A but I did not have the money at that time. But all in all they were very knowledgeable and the job went smooth. Good job too, they even cleaned up parts of my basement that they did not dirty.

Billy is one of the most impressive HVAC repair technician I have met. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to repair, when possible, rather than replace. Billys heating and air is FANTASTIC ! my heat went out and I have an old Whirlpool heat pump and the reversing valve quit and he was able to get it fixed where Cool ray wanted to charge me over $4000 for a complete new a/c, Billy fixed it with some oil and it works like new.
