Matt has served as counsel for several banks in matters ranging from bankruptcy and foreclosure to cases involving complex banking litigation. Bankruptcy representation is also a significant part of Matt’s legal practice. He has successfully handled individual Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for debtors and creditors. Matt has handled many successful Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation plans for businesses and individuals in the Newnan Division of the US Bankruptcy Court.
