Brian completely destroyed my hair.

He told me he was going to do highlights that wouldn't damage my chemically straightened hair, and behold, sure enough my hair fell out. And he said he was going to cut it a shaggy cute bedhead look, and instead he chopped it all off, and gave me the worst layers I have ever seen in history! When I confronted him about it, not even an apology was uttered. Not only is this guy a total A hole, but he is the worst stylist I have ever worked with, and costed me thousands of dollars in repair and extensions. Fair warning ladies, if you want to keep your hair, stay far away from this guy.
