Awesome food at a great price! Their Arepas, unlike the traditional ones, are hand-made and a lot thinner and lighter. I chose the Westside - that’s blanca Arepa with chicken salad and avocado, and washed that down with Detox with spinach and turmeric. A really good impression, bound to come back.

Tried the midtown arepa and also a carrot salad. Was super quick and very tasty. I will definitely order again.

Stopped by to see if the rumors about this place were true. These arepas were simply amazing :D All the ingredients are fresh, the arepas are made from non-industrialized corn. The place was packed, but the service was quick.

Wonderful Venezuelan cuisine ranging from basic arepas to fancy... I had the vegetarian, which was very good. Vegana arepa is so yummy!

Very good food, friendly service. Small space, but cozy. Lots of interesting items on the menu. We went with some friends, everyone ordered something and we all split the items. I would recommend this, because there are so many good choices on the menu.

The place is a bit small, but with delicious arepas! You can almost feel you are eating arepas in caracas.

Who would have thought that the best arepas in the country would be in Manhattan)) The place is clean, friendly and priced right. I combined Sol Arepa with chicken salad, tomato and cheddar. It will be a "must do" on all my trips to NYC.
