Ruby Tuesday

Although it's close to being the best overpriced food in Shrewsbury, the service is terrible. Everyone who works there, from the waitresses, to bartenders and managers, needs to be better trained in customer service. Very unhappy with the service I've received. My wife and I will never go back.

Poorly run restaurant. The manager treats his employees like dirt. The food is marginal at best. witnessed several clashes with the manager. The place would be empty if there was anywhere else to eat in the area. unfortunately there isn't. Get rid of the General manager and get someone in there that has a clue how to manage. The citizens of Shrewsbury and the surrounding townships would be grateful. You would think the corporate leaders would take an interest in this location.
