Unreliable. No way. Stay away.

Unreliable...I called them to get the hours and location and was told they open at 11:00am and said they would be there the saturday I was planning on bringing in computer, I got to the shop at 11:00am to find they were not opened. I called..no answer and waited 15 more minutes, called again still no answer...left a message for a call back...No call back but things happen for a reason because I found an awesome computer guy...JR's about a mile away

That they are irresponsible young adults that do not know how to run a business. They are like chickens' running around with their heads cut off. They make promises they can't keep and then apologize and make another appointment and then can't keep that one either.------My advise, find someone else.
