I hired this company to do some tree work for me and they did a decent job, but I was talking to the man about how my basement leaked and he said that he could install a French drain that would take care of the problem. He did install the drain, but he used the wrong kind of pipe and didn't put any gravel with it and needless to say, it didn't work and my basement still got flooded. He cashed the check the very day I paid him and when I called to tell him that it didn't work properly, he told me that it was my problem and he refused to fix it.
