I'd say whatever you do, don't take your computer here. Their commercials talk about how their guys listen, and won't be know it alls, and they won't take your problem lightly, but that is exactly what Dan at their FigGarden location did. My screen went black and I had very important files on hardrive that I needed to get off. I told him exactly what path to take to find the files, what their names were, paid him extra to do it quickly and stressed to him that these were very important court files. I left it with him. Called back a few hours later, he told me that he had backed up my "hard drive" and was ready to reinstall Windows software. To me, backing up the hard drive means a lot more than just retrieving the "My Documents and Settings" folder, and yet when I arrived there to pick it up, that is all he had done. He never even looked at the location and path that I had told him the subject files were in. And then after I had sent the same laptop out to a forensic computer specialist to retrieve the files and they told me there was absolutely nothing there and wondered if he had kept my old drive, I went back and questioned him further to find out that after he had retrieved the unneccesary "My Documents" folder, he had taken it upon himself to then use a program that the Dept. of Justice uses to erase files, called a "Nuke and Reload" program, and that that program makes it impossible to ever retrieve anything off of the computer again. If I had been able to make the time, I would have taken this jerk to small claims court, but loss of those files caused me so many problems at work that I just couldn't make the time to pursue it. This is no place to take anything that is important to you. They are the worst. He wouldn't even refund my money. I still have very bitter feelings about the whole situation.
