Select Tree Service

We had scheduled an appoint on a Thursday when both of us could be home to discuss what needed to be done. They popped in the day before and of course only one of us was there. I asked them to come back tomorrow on the scheduled day and that was not convenient for them. My husband asked for their insurance paperwork, which they did provide but we had to ask twice. Then we scheduled a day to have it done they did not show up. I sent a text and asked him about what time they would be there he said tomorrow. They had been cutting up the other tree limbs as they cut the tree down. We assumed they would be doing that with the huge old tree as well. As you can see they left huge logs that any regular chain saw could not go through. They said they the workers said they would be back tomorrow to finish. They never showed up the next day even after the owner assured me they were coming. They did come back a day or two later and cut some of it up. We are still left with a huge chunk in our yard.
