Wow, I just got my USP tracking info and my order will be here on Monday. This is the second order I have sent your company...two different people I have worked with...that shows me consistency in an organization as well as above and beyond my expectations for delivery time...and Yes, I tell a lot of people as well as pass out the business cards you guys sent last order. We use to use a local company, but they didn't call me back for a week and you guys got the order on a totally random google search, so hands up to your marketing team too.

My 20 year old daughter is on staff for the Universal Cheerleading Association. Last year they lost a member to a car accident at 22 years old. Myles was an outgoing, energetic individual that was very popular with the staff members and the teams they coached.



Monday my daughter decides they want tee-shirts to wear at national training commemorating Myles. She asks me to make it happen. I say I’ll see what I can do and get on it Tuesday morning.



After two local silkscreen vendors (that I have used in the past and who owed me favors) say ‘no way’ to seventy custom tee shirts in Alabama by this Friday, it’s off to Google.



I pick the top four listed and send off the request. Two respond with the now apparent ‘no way’. A third can do it for a VERY high rush charge. Rush Order Tees responds with a simple ‘of course’.



Less than 24 hours later art has been rendered and approved, tee shirts have been printed and SHIPPED all for a VERY reasonable price per tee that INCLUDES screen charges, rush charges, shipping and XXL sizes. I haven’t seen the shirts yet but expect them to meet the high standard you guys apply to everything else it seems.



As the Marketing Director for my state’s largest health insurance company I know a thing or two about customer service, exceeding expectations and unrealistic deadlines. You guys take the cake in every category. I don’t know what they pay you but it’s not enough…..you’re not just a silkscreen vendor….you’re super-silkscreen vendors….and the only thing missing is your blue capes.



Thanks again and rest assured I will be talking you up to anyone that will listen. Especially my daughter who because of you thinks I can work miracles.
